You have access to a small shared terrace - spend your well-deserved time out here on our comfortable lounge furniture or at a barbecue with friends and family! LIVING ROOM
The apartment is stylish but also practically furnished. You will find a number of extras here that far exceed the standards of normal holiday apartments. The heart of the apartment is the cozy living room with adjoining dining area. A comfortable sofa bed offers enough space for large groups. You will also find a smart TV with a sound system and plenty of streaming options, as well as a PS4 with a varied selection of games. Here you can relax in a beautiful ambience or argue over a multiplayer game. Real plants and a lot of attention to detail make the apartment a lot more homely than other accommodations.
KITCHEN
In the well-equipped large kitchen you will find everything you need for cooking. There is an oven, dishwasher, kettle, fridge with freezer compartment, toaster, microwave, as well as an espresso and filter machine, electric milk frother and much more. Espresso and coffee are of course included. There is enough work space and storage space for things you bring with you. There are enough seating options inside and outside for a cozy get-together.
BEDROOM
In the large bedroom you will find a 160cm queen-size double bed and two 90cm single beds, as well as open wardrobes with enough storage space for your things. There is another single bed in a separate small bedroom. A mobile baby bed with mattress and cover is available if required. All rooms can be sufficiently darkened with blinds and curtains.
BATHROOM
The spacious bathroom has a bright and modern design with a floor-to-ceiling shower and a window for daylight and fresh air. Here you will find everything you need: a hairdryer, towels, shower gel, hair shampoo and conditioner. There is also a washing machine, which you are welcome to use if necessary.
FAMILY
My apartments are family-friendly. Of course there are high chairs, baby beds and a few board games. The sockets have a child safety lock and a CO2 alarm is installed. Of course there are also smoke detectors, a fire extinguisher and a first aid kit.
OUTDOOR AREA
There is a parking space for bicycles. The apartment has a shared terrace where you can relax with a cold drink after a busy day in Frankenberg's old town or the surrounding area. Lounge furniture and seating groups offer enough space for large groups. A charcoal grill with accessories is also available.
OTHER
You have a parking space directly in front of the house.

You have the whole apartment to yourself. A self-check-in gives you the option of checking in flexibly without having to agree on an exact arrival time for the key handover.

PAYMENT CONDITIONS
Upon receipt of the booking confirmation, the guest must make a payment of 100% (amount, payment due date and bank details can be found on the invoice). If this payment is not received by the due date, the landlord reserves the right to cancel the booking.
CANCELLATION CONDITIONS
Bookings that are canceled at least 14 days before the start of the stay will be refunded in full. Bookings cancelled at least 7 days before the start of the stay will receive a 50% refund. Cancellations within 2 days of arrival will be charged 100%.
The house entrance door and parking lot are under video surveillance.
You are in a central location right at the entrance to the historic old town, which is well worth seeing. A few meters further you will find the stairs to the banks of the Eder and the castle hill. Many restaurants and bars are just a few minutes' walk away, and the train station is not far away.
The Kellerwald National Park and the Edersee offer great opportunities for hiking and relaxing all year round. The cities of Marburg and Kassel can each be reached in 30 minutes and are worth a day trip! The ski lift and bike park in Winterberg are also highly recommended
There is a parking lot right next to the house. The train station is only a 10-minute walk away.
