LIVING ROOM
The accommodation is stylishly yet practically furnished and offers ample space for large groups. You'll find a number of extras here that far exceed the standards of other vacation rentals! The heart of the apartment is the cozy living room. A comfortable sofa bed ensures restful nights and invites you to linger in a pleasant atmosphere during the day. You'll also find a smart TV with a sound system and a Nintendo Switch. Here you can stream your favorite movies and series or spend a fun evening with friends and family with some multiplayer games.
KITCHEN
In the well-equipped kitchen with dining area, you'll find everything you need for cooking. There's an oven, dishwasher, kettle, fridge with freezer, toaster, microwave, as well as a Nespresso and filter coffee machine, an electric milk frother, and much more. You'll even find a small coffee starter pack! There's ample work space and storage for your belongings, as well as plenty of seating for a cozy get-together.
BEDROOMS
In two stylishly furnished bedrooms, you'll find a total of five single beds, each of which can be combined to form a double bed and prepared according to your needs – perfect for couples with children or a group of friends who sleep alone! High-quality mattress toppers and cozy bed linens are also included. Open wardrobes offer ample storage space for your belongings. A portable baby bed with mattress and cover is available upon request. The rooms can be darkened sufficiently with curtains and blinds.
BATHROOM
The newly renovated bathroom has a bright and modern design with a large walk-in shower. Windows provide ample natural light and fresh air. You'll find plenty of storage space for your belongings, as well as a hairdryer, towels, and even shampoo, conditioner, and shower gel!
FAMILY
Our accommodations are family-friendly. A highchair and a baby cot are provided. The electrical outlets have child safety locks, and a CO2 alarm is installed. Smoke detectors, a fire extinguisher, and first aid kits are also available.
OTHER
In the basement, you'll find washing machines and dryers, as well as clotheslines, which you are welcome to use if needed. Bicycles can also be safely stored here.

ACCESS
You have the whole apartment to yourself. A self-check-in gives you the option of checking in flexibly without having to agree on an exact arrival time for the key handover.

PAYMENT CONDITIONS
Upon receipt of the booking confirmation, the guest must make a payment of 100% (amount, payment due date and bank details can be found on the invoice). If this payment is not received by the due date, the landlord reserves the right to cancel the booking.
CANCELLATION CONDITIONS
Bookings that are canceled at least 14 days before the start of the stay will be refunded in full. Bookings cancelled at least 7 days before the start of the stay will receive a 50% refund. Cancellations within 2 days of arrival will be charged 100%.
Brilon is located in the east of the Sauerland and is surrounded by the Arnsberg Forest, the Möhne Valley, the Alme springs and the foothills of the Rothaar Mountains - so you are in the middle of numerous hiking opportunities through beautiful landscapes and forests. The accommodation is located in a quiet side street directly next to Brilon's historic old town, where you will find a number of shops as well as the most famous sights and best restaurants. Supermarkets are less than 15 minutes away on foot.
If you are looking for the opposite of peace and quiet, a short car or train ride will provide you with the perfect connection to Willingen, where exciting and varied events take place all year round. Winter sports fans are also in good hands with us - you can reach Winterberg in about half an hour!
Even without a car, you can easily get around in Brilon. There are regular bus connections through the city center and into the surrounding area. The "Brilon Stadt" train station is about 10 minutes away on foot, from where you can take the Kurhessenbahn via Willingen, Korbach and Frankenberg, even as far as Marburg. Bus 382 also takes you to Willingen several times a day.
