It is in an excellent location right next to Brilon's historic old town and well connected to numerous ski areas and hiking regions. Stylish furnishings with great attention to detail make you feel at home and offer the perfect basis for a well-deserved break. LIVING ROOM
The accommodation is stylish but also practically furnished and offers enough space for large groups. You will find a number of extras here that far exceed the standards of other holiday apartments! The heart of the apartments are the cozy living rooms with direct access to the terraces. There is a large dining area for up to 12 people, so that even a full house can sit together! Comfortable sofa beds bring restful nights and invite you to linger during the day in a beautiful ambience. The absolute highlight is the large projector screen! Here you can stream your favorite films and series or spend a fun evening with friends and family with some multiplayer games for the Switch. In the second living room you will also find a smart TV with sound system and a PS5 with a varied selection of games.
KITCHEN
In the well-equipped kitchens you will find everything you need for cooking. There is an oven, dishwasher, kettle, fridge with freezer compartment, toaster, microwave, as well as an espresso and filter machine + electric milk frother and much more. There is even a small espresso starter pack to greet you! There is enough work space and storage space for things you have brought with you, as well as enough seating for a cozy get-together - inside and outside!
BEDROOMS
In four stylishly furnished bedrooms you will find a total of eleven 90cm single beds, each of which can be put together to form a double bed and prepared according to your wishes - perfect for couples with children or a group of friends who sleep alone! High-quality toppers and cozy bed linen are of course also a must. There is enough storage space for your things in open wardrobes. Two mobile baby beds with mattresses and covers are available if required. The rooms can be sufficiently darkened with curtains and blinds. There is also a smart TV in three bedrooms.
BATHROOM
The spacious, newly renovated bathrooms have a bright and modern design, each with a floor-to-ceiling shower and bathtub. A window provides plenty of daylight and fresh air. You will find enough storage space for your things here, as well as a hairdryer, towels and even hair shampoo, conditioner and shower gel! Extra guest toilets are right next door.
OUTDOOR AREA
The apartments each have a terrace where you can relax with a cold drink after an eventful day in Brilon's surroundings. Stylish gas grills with accessories are available for you to use directly. Comfortable lounge furniture and seating groups round off our offer perfectly!
FAMILY
Our accommodations are family-friendly. Of course there are high chairs and baby beds. The sockets have a child safety lock and a CO2 alarm is installed. Of course, there are also smoke detectors, fire extinguishers and first aid kits.
OTHER
In the basement you will find washing machines and dryers, which you are welcome to use if necessary. There is also one parking space per apartment, as well as a place to store bicycles.

ACCESS
You have the whole apartment to yourself. A self-check-in gives you the option of checking in flexibly without having to agree on an exact arrival time for the key handover.
INTERACTION WITH GUESTS
As much or as little as you like. I want you to feel as comfortable as possible. You can reach me at any time. I want to give you a 5-star experience in my apartment.

PAYMENT CONDITIONS
Upon receipt of the booking confirmation, the guest must make a payment of 100% (amount, payment due date and bank details can be found on the invoice). If this payment is not received by the due date, the landlord reserves the right to cancel the booking.
CANCELLATION CONDITIONS
Bookings that are canceled at least 14 days before the start of the stay will be refunded in full. Bookings cancelled at least 7 days before the start of the stay will receive a 50% refund. Cancellations within 2 days of arrival will be charged 100%.
The house entrance door and parking lot are under video surveillance.
Brilon is located in the east of the Sauerland and is surrounded by the Arnsberg Forest, the Möhne Valley, the Alme springs and the foothills of the Rothaar Mountains - so you are in the middle of numerous hiking opportunities through beautiful landscapes and forests. The accommodation is located in a quiet side street directly next to Brilon's historic old town, where you will find a number of shops as well as the most famous sights and best restaurants. Supermarkets are less than 15 minutes away on foot.
If you are looking for the opposite of peace and quiet, a short car or train ride will provide you with the perfect connection to Willingen, where exciting and varied events take place all year round. Winter sports fans are also in good hands with us - you can reach Winterberg in about half an hour!
Even without a car, you can easily get around in Brilon. There are regular bus connections through the city center and into the surrounding area. The "Brilon Stadt" train station is about 10 minutes away on foot, from where you can take the Kurhessenbahn via Willingen, Korbach and Frankenberg, even as far as Marburg. Bus 382 also takes you to Willingen several times a day.
