LIVING ROOM
The large skylights create an impressive sense of space and brighten up the EDMUNDS apartment. Our accommodation is stylishly yet practically furnished and offers ample space for large groups. You'll find a number of extras here that far exceed the standards of other vacation rentals! The heart of the attic apartment is the spacious living, dining, and lounge area with a comfortable seating area for up to 10 people (expandable with the dining area from the kitchen). A comfortable sofa bed and a daybed, each for two people, ensure restful nights and invite you to linger during the day in a pleasant atmosphere. With the smart TV and some multiplayer games for the Switch, as well as a small selection of offline board games, you can spend a fun evening with friends and family. At the desk directly under one of the large skylights, you can successfully distract yourself from work with the fantastic view. In JUNES, the living/dining area with open kitchen provides direct access to the sunny balcony with a gas grill and a small dining area for four people. A modern sofa bed offers additional sleeping space for two people. The apartment also features a smart TV and a PS5 with two controllers.
KITCHEN
In the well-equipped kitchens, you'll find everything you need for cooking. There's an oven, dishwasher, kettle, refrigerator with freezer, toaster, microwave, as well as an espresso and filter machine + electric milk frother, and much more. You'll even find a small espresso starter kit! There is ample work space and storage for items you'd like to bring along, as well as a basic supply of salt, pepper, oil, baking paper, etc.
BEDROOMS
In the bedroom of the attic apartment, you'll find two 90cm single beds that can be joined to form a double bed and prepared according to your needs. High-quality toppers and cozy cotton linens offer excellent comfort. The large open wardrobe offers ample storage space for your belongings. A portable baby bed with mattress and cover is available in each apartment if needed. All rooms can be adequately darkened with a roller blind. The bedroom in JUNES has a 160cm double bed. Additional sleeping options include a sofa bed for two people in each apartment, as well as a 160cm pull-out daybed in the large living room.
BATHROOMS
The spacious and partly newly renovated bathrooms feature a bright and modern design with a large rain shower and a bathtub with a shower. Windows provide ample natural light and fresh air. You'll find plenty of storage space for your belongings, as well as a hairdryer, towels, and even shampoo, conditioner, and shower gel! A washing machine is also available for your use.
OUTDOORS
The JUNES apartment has a balcony with a small dining area for 4 people. A large, modern gas grill with accessories is available for your immediate use. In front of the house, you'll also find a shared terrace where you can relax with a cold drink after an eventful day exploring Bad Berleburg's surroundings.
FAMILY
Our accommodations are family-friendly. A high chair and a baby cot are provided. The electrical outlets have child safety locks, and a CO2 alarm is installed. Smoke detectors, a fire extinguisher, and first aid kits are also available.
OTHER
The apartment's own basement compartment offers lockable bicycle storage. A parking space is also available for each apartment directly at the house.

You have the whole apartment to yourself. A self-check-in gives you the option of checking in flexibly without having to agree on an exact arrival time for the key handover.

PAYMENT CONDITIONS
Upon receipt of the booking confirmation, the guest must make a payment of 100% (amount, payment due date and bank details can be found on the invoice). If this payment is not received by the due date, the landlord reserves the right to cancel the booking.
CANCELLATION CONDITIONS
Bookings that are canceled at least 14 days before the start of the stay will be refunded in full. Bookings cancelled at least 7 days before the start of the stay will receive a 50% refund. Cancellations within 2 days of arrival will be charged 100%.
Bad Berleburg invites you to hike, bike, ski, or simply explore the beautiful surroundings and nature. A highlight is Sayn-Wittgenstein Castle, which offers regular guided tours or a museum tour. You are surrounded by numerous parks, as well as inviting restaurants and cafés. The Rothaarbad spa with its wellness area is just a few minutes from the accommodation. The Wisent Hut is particularly recommended as a starting point for exploring the bison wilderness, as is a trip to the numerous hiking trails of the Rothaarsteig. Winterberg can be reached in just 20 minutes. A bus stop is just a 2-minute walk away, with direct connections to the city center as well as to Bad Laasphe, Siegen and Winterberg.
A two-minute walk from the accommodation, there are several daily bus connections to the center of Bad Berleburg, as well as to Siegen and Bad Laasphe. The train station is a five-minute drive or about a 20-minute walk away. From there, there are regular direct buses to Winterberg. The Kurhessenbahn takes you to Marburg via Bad Laasphe and Biedenkopf in just two hours.
